Bets may be voided in certain circumstances, including but not limited to: the event being cancelled or postponed beyond the applicable settlement deadline; pricing errors where odds were clearly published incorrectly; or where settlement is impossible due to incomplete event data. Voided bets are refunded to your account balance at the original stake.
Live in-play betting is subject to the same terms as pre-match betting, with the additional note that live markets can be suspended at any time during an event. A bet that has been accepted and confirmed before a market suspension stands as placed. Bets submitted during a market suspension will not be accepted.

Cricket and PSL: For PSL and international cricket markets, the official result as declared by the relevant governing body is used for settlement purposes, regardless of any other factor including Duckworth-Lewis-Stern adjustments unless otherwise stated in the market rules.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited.
